What is this form?
This form allows you to redirect up to 3.5% of your annual income tax to an NGO. This amount does not represent an additional cost for you, but a portion of the tax you already owe to the state.
The 3.5% redirection mechanism gives taxpayers the opportunity to directly decide how part of their tax is used.
If you choose not to redirect this percentage to an NGO, the amount will remain entirely in the state budget.
