Information Note Regarding Personal Data Protection
Being a participant in this project involves providing personal data. Please note that your data will only be disclosed to instructors for organizing the event and determining the training levels and groups.
The Drumetii Montane Association will manage the personal data you provide in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes.
The recorded information is intended for use by the Drumetii Montane Association and will only be shared with the following recipients: the data subjects themselves and the contractual partners of the operator.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of such data. You agree that deleting your personal data will result in the removal of your information from our system and the inability to benefit from participation in our projects.

If any of your data is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.
Participants' Rights and Obligations
All the information you provided during the application process to participate in various events must be true, complete, and reflect reality. Moreover, you agree to notify the Association of any changes to the data provided during registration. You understand that this notification must be made within 10 days from the date the changes occurred. If the information you have provided is not true, accurate, or complete, the Association reserves the right to suspend your right to use, in whole or in part, the projects or access the site.
The website is a portal where visitors can participate in various projects. As participants, you are entirely responsible for all the data you submit.
By completing certain online forms that do not comply with the above-mentioned limitations, you agree that you are solely responsible and will fully compensate the site in case of any damage caused.
You will comply with all legal provisions that may complement the rights and obligations you assumed by accepting the terms of this Agreement.
In the event of any damage caused by you to the Site or to a third party, you agree to fully compensate them for all damages or compensations, including any legal fees, enforcement costs, and any other related expenses.
Protection of Personal Data
mantrailing.ro is fully aware of the importance of personal data and is committed to protecting its confidentiality and security. It is very important for both us and you to provide all information comprehensively regarding the processing of your personal data, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section.
The data entered by the user when participating in a project, photos sent as proof of activity, are not considered personal data, as they will appear in the public domain as described above.
mantrailing.ro respects the privacy of all users and visitors and will handle/process personal data with great care, under appropriate technical and organizational security conditions, in compliance with the applicable legislation.
Personal data is collected only with your consent or approval, if it is provided knowingly, voluntarily, and on your own initiative, either at the request of mantrailing.ro, by completing an online form, or subscribing to the newsletter.

To access the mantrailing.ro website, you do not need to provide any personal data unless you use the registration/login section or contact forms.
In the context of the ongoing activity of mantrailing.ro through this site — including registration, publishing, or subscribing to newsletters — and to fulfill legal obligations in force, the Drumetii Montane Association may request certain personal data.

The Drumetii Montane Association will treat all information collected from users as confidential and will not share it with third parties except for local and central public authorities, police, prosecution, judicial authorities (within the limits of legal provisions and/or following expressly formulated requests), bailiffs, banking institutions, insurance and reinsurance companies, market research organizations (for statistical purposes).

By reading these Terms and Conditions, you have been informed of your rights under applicable legal provisions. Also, when processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in writing, addressed to the Drumetii Montane Association, in accordance with applicable law, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to object at any time, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by using, where applicable, the unsubscribe feature included in the marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Drumetii Montane Association be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, related to or arising from this website or any use of this portal, or from any site or information resource referenced or accessed through this portal, or from the use, downloading, or access to any materials, information, products, or promotional options, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of savings, loss of programs or other data, even if the Drumetii Montane Association has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and disclaimer of liability apply to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory.
